ABOUT
About Roxana
I didn't become interested in communication
because I loved speaking.
I became interested in it
because I noticed how many people struggle
to say what they actually mean.
Even brilliant people.
People with experience.
Ideas.
Sensitivity.
Authority.
And —
something gets lost between
what they think,
what they feel,
and what finally comes out of their mouth.
That gap became impossible for me to ignore.
Now my work lives there.

Communication changes lives
long before it changes results.
Because communication is never
just communication.
It's:
the conversation you avoid
the meeting where you stay quiet
the presentation you rehearse ten times
the sentence you replay afterward
It's confidence.
Identity.
Fear.
Power.
Connection.
And most people don't need
more information.
They need clarity.
Safety.
And the ability to express themselves
without performing all the time.
Before I worked in communication,
I watched it.
I watched it on stage.
As an actress,
I became fascinated by what makes people listen.
Not just words.
Energy.
Rhythm.
Presence.
Silence.
Truth.
Later, working internationally as a moderator and communication trainer,
I noticed the exact same dynamics in business rooms.
Different environments.
Same human behavior.
- People overexplaining when they're nervous.
- Smart people hiding behind complexity.
- Leaders trying to sound "right" instead of real.
- Teams speaking without actually connecting.
And underneath all of it,
the same thing:
People wanting to be understood.

I don't see communication
as a performance technique.
Communication is never just communication.
It's:
- how fear changes language
- how pressure changes presence
- how people disconnect while trying to sound "professional"
- how clarity changes the way others trust you
Most people don't need more techniques.
They need:
- awareness
- clarity
- emotional safety
- the ability to speak without performing all the time
My work combines:
- psychology
- storytelling
- performance
- structured thinking
- real conversation
But the goal is never to sound more polished.
The goal is to sound
more like yourself.
Clearly.
Honestly.
Without hiding.
My perspective was shaped
in three very different worlds.
And each one taught me
something different about people.
Stage & Screen
Where I learned that people don't connect to perfection.
They connect to presence.
Corporate & Leadership
Where I saw how often intelligence gets buried under complexity.
International Moderation
Where I learned how to guide energy, tension and conversation in real time.
Different rooms.
Same human patterns.
Trusted by teams, leaders and international organizations including
Communication work
across industries, cultures and leadership environments.
From leadership communication and executive presence
to moderation, workshops and international events.
Podcast
The conversations
behind communication.
A podcast about
human behavior,
presence,
clarity,
fear,
confidence,
storytelling,
and the moments that shape the way we speak.
Not communication as performance.
Communication as real life.
INSIGHTS
Change your mindset,
change your communication.
ClarityWhy people become unclear the moment they start trying too hard
Most people don't lose clarity because they lack ideas. They lose it because pressure enters the conversation.

Communication
The people who speak the most are often the hardest to follow
More words rarely create more understanding.

Presence
People feel your state before they process your words
Communication starts long before speaking.

Clarity
Why smart people suddenly sound complicated under pressure
Overthinking usually makes communication heavier, not clearer.

Communication
Overexplaining is often just fear in disguise
People usually say more when they stop trusting simple language.
If your work depends on communication,
it's worth understanding
what happens underneath it.
Private coaching, speaking
and selected collaborations.
